At Anna's Closet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • All tags must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Anna's Closet cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Final Sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
